Peaceful

I am saddened to tell you that just after 5 pm this evening, David lost his fight. His parents had arrived at his bedside - as had his sister and, along with Jen, they all said their goodbyes. They removed the intubation tube and turned off the medications. The nurse gave David Morphine and Addavan (anti-anxiety med).

Soon after, he peacefully stopped breathing.

Arrangements are still being made. Please continue to pray for peace for Jen and the boys; pray for them learn to live a life they hadn't expected and remember that they will continue to need our love and support in the times ahead.
